I'm pretty sure that's a completely false rumor, seeing as his wife has tweeted about him and the Sabres as recently as the 22nd. "Yes! My husband #ryanmiller trending on twitter :) let's keep it going go #Sabres!" That definitely doesn't hint to a split at all.

meh. I heard it from a reliable person, or so i like to think they are fairly reliable. I’ve only known them my whole life. but okay, you don’t have to believe it. just sharing what i heard.
